Wedge Washer® Bolt Locking Technology

Wedge Washer® is a mechanical bolt locking solution engineered to maintain preload in bolted joints exposed to vibration and dynamic loads. Using a cam-and-wedge locking design, it prevents self-loosening without relying on friction-based systems such as nylon insert nuts or split washers.

Tested to DIN 25201, Wedge Washer® retains over 80% of original clamping force across 2,000 cycles of the Junker Test — the only product that consistently meets this benchmark, where split lock washers, nylon insert nuts, and prevailing torque nuts all fail. Available in five material grades from M3 to M130, stocked in Buffalo, NY.
